Solution description
Each cargo owner managed by a 3PL operator has its own types of packaging that it wants to recover from the market. xTrack PMS is an application that can manage different types of packaging and their state for each customer.
Complex, multi-stage workflows through which packaging can pass may be set up packaging quality levels may be saved and the location where packaging or pallets have disappeared in the flow can be easily identified. The xTrack PMS application also takes into account a natural degree of losses that can be managed differently for each partner, be it customer, beneficiary or transporter. Through integration with the xTrack FIN application, loss compensation invoices can also be issued if the configured thresholds have been exceeded.
Changing a status for a pallet or a set of pallets can be done by importing data from applications such as TMS or WMS to automate selected flows.
